BI-Axial Molecular Orientation: DkyPlast has developed a dual-axis production technique during extrusion. This method ensures that pipes have high tensile strength and impact resistance. This molecular orientation technique is exclusively the product of DkyPlast R&D efforts.
Thick & Thin Construction
DkyPlast 's unique innovative technique has been developed to compensate for the strength lost due to the amount of shavings removed from the threaded ends of the pipes. The remaining pipe thickness (t) after the threading process is the same as the thickness along the entire length of the pipe. Therefore, there is no loss of strength in the threaded areas.
Special Formulation
DkyPlast high tensile and impact resistant pipes, with their special raw material formulation, are resistant to high internal nominal pressure and also resist the axial weight of the column pipe and pump. The special formulation prevents the teeth from breaking and chipping, allowing for multiple safe assembly and disassembly operations throughout its lifetime.
Square-Cut Threads
The pipe joints are manufactured with a specially designed square-section thread structure to ensure proper grip and eliminate the possibility of loosening. These square-section threads provide a durable and secure connection thanks to their structure, which remains closed despite the constant forward and backward torque generated when the pump cycles on and off, and provides high friction under load.
Gasket
The silicone gaskets located on both the internal threaded sleeve side and the external threaded straight side of the pipe provide 100% leak-proof performance for years.
Thanks to the specially designed Stopper SEAL and Lip RING elastomeric gaskets, installation is easy and ensures 100% leak-proof performance even under high pressure.

IS THE STRENGTH OF UPVC PIPES COMPARABLE TO STEEL PIPES?
While uPVC has a specific gravity of around 1.40 g/cm3, steel has a specific gravity of around 8.00 g/cm3. Although the wall thickness of uPVC pipes is greater than that of steel or ductile pipes of the same diameter, they are much lighter. For this reason, uPVC pipes have an excellent weight-to-strength ratio. Despite being lightweight, there is absolutely no reduction in the safety and lifespan of the pipes. They are easy to transport, saving on labor costs. A 4" diameter 3-meter pipe can be easily carried by one person, whereas 2-3 people are required to carry a steel pipe of the same diameter.
HOW WIDE SHOULD THE WELL BE BASED ON THE PUMP DIAMETER?
When drilling pipes are not used and the well contains tight rock formations, the well diameter should be at least 2 inches wider than the pipe diameter. This is necessary to prevent the pump from becoming stuck between loose rocks. When drilling pipes are used, there should be at least a ½-inch difference between the inner diameter of the drill pipe and the outer diameter of the pump.
CAN OTHER METAL ADAPTERS BE USED?
DkyPlast branded adapters go through numerous checks in laboratories, including (a) hardness values, (b) mold quality, (c) filling holes and other mold defects, (d) wall thickness, and (e) precision accuracy of the teeth. Therefore, it is recommended to use only DkyPlast branded accessories.
CAN PVC PIPE BE USED AS ELECTRICAL CABLE?
In addition to being lightweight, it is an excellent insulator with a smooth inner surface, making it ideal for use as an electrical cable.
IS PVC COLUMN PIPE FLAMMABLE?
PVC column pipe is not flammable and will not ignite under any circumstances. It does not burn when the flame source is removed; on the contrary, it extinguishes itself.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PUMP GUARDS?
In areas where a lot of sand is pumped, or where faulty, unbalanced pump fittings cause vibration, this can lead to the column pipe breaking at the adapter mouth, even if it is made of steel. Pump guards are used in such areas, and in the event of column pipe breakage, the pumps can be easily removed. Therefore, the use of pump guards is recommended.

DO COLUMN PIPES REQUIRE FULL DRILLING AND PROTECTION IN THE WELL?
Column pipes provide the best results in wells that have been fully drilled or in wells dug in areas without widespread rock formations. In rocky terrain, either full drilling must be ensured or the well must be opened a little wider to prevent damage to the pump. Well collapse is common in sandy and alluvial terrain. This problem is overcome with drilling pipes. Care must also be taken when opening the well. The well should be vertical and there should be no inclinations.
WHY ARE THERE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE WALL THICKNESS OF THE PIPES?
Pipe wall thickness is designed taking into account the weight of the pump, the weight of the water column, and the pump pressure. Pipe ends are produced thicker because they are threaded. Thus, wall thickness is ensured throughout the pipe and provides the same strength.
